- Does Em work for any childcare service?
  We've designed Em to work well for Family Day Care services, based on our experience running our own service. However, it can be used for any childcare service.
- Pricing is per team member - what qualifies as a team member?
  A team member is typically a coordinator or other administrative staff member who logs into the software. Each team member license allows management of up to 15 educators.
- Our ratio is more than 1 to 15 - can we still use Em?
  Yes, please contact us to discuss adjusting the pricing
- What computers or devices do we need?
  Em runs on Windows and Mac computers. Our app for performing onsite visits and checklists operates on iPads.
- Is our information secure?
  Yes—all data is stored on our Australian servers, encrypted at rest and in transit. Multiple levels of backups ensure that your data is protected.
- Can we create our own audits?
  Yes, our user-friendly audit builder allows you to create custom compliance audits with links to relevant legislation and set their frequency.
- Are more features coming?
